In
1998, THU and QHU came to a preparatory agreement in teachers
training, subjects and Labs construction, taking scientific
research projects together and supporting QHU on books
and teaching instruments. After this, QHU has been sending
ten teachers to THU reading for master¡¯s degree, THU has
donated 35 microcomputers and books which cost more than
£¤100,000. |

In
2001, according to the documentation the plan on actualizing
peer to peer supporting western universities from the
ministry of education PRC, it is confirmed that THU support
QHU peer to peer. In Sept. 2001, THU and QHU subscribed
an agreement in due form, confirmed the supporting plan,
carried out cooperations and communions in teachers training,
scientific research, courses construction, subjects construction.
Up to now, THU has send three groups(24 person-time) professors
to QHU, these professors have given many instruction concretely
on the preparations for evaluating, applying for degree
unit, emphases courses construction and correlational
Labs construction, conducting many learning cathedras.
QHU selected 26 teachers and send them to THU for short-term
training. At the same time, THU has donated teaching instruments
cost £¤832,100 and books cost £¤242,000. |
